School Health Services

MHS helps school health services as they plan for the management of chronic conditions (food allergies, diabetes, asthma and more) as well as stay up to date on first aid and emergency care. Our program also assists school services as they facilitate access and referrals for the health care of students while also working with families to provide community support that promotes positive health outcomes.
